Clinical indication: Wrist injury Technique: Three views of the left wrist, pre and postreduction. Prereduction: Findings: There is a fracture of the distal radius with dorsal angulation and marked impaction and proximal migration of the distal radial fracture fragment. There is also fracture of the ulnar styloid. Impression: Markedly displaced distal radial fracture. Postreduction: Cast is in place. Radial ulnar styloid fragments are improved alignment without significant angulation. There is considerably less displacement with some residual volar and lateral displacement of the distal radial fragment. Impression: Improved alignment status post reduction.
